I started this work after seeing how often MSPs, ICT providers and technical teams needed help turning complex network information into documentation that was clear, accurate and genuinely useful. What began with network diagrams and infrastructure visuals has developed into a broader documentation service focused on helping technical teams organise, verify and hand over network information professionally.
My background is practical. I’ve worked with communications racks, cabling, network equipment and fault finding, and I understand what it is like to walk into an unfamiliar environment without reliable documentation. Good documentation isn’t paperwork for the sake of paperwork. It helps the next technician understand the environment, troubleshoot problems, plan changes and work with greater confidence.
Today, I work alongside engineers, technicians, MSPs, ICT providers and system owners who provide and verify the authoritative technical information. I help turn that information, including existing documents, configurations, discovery data, asset information and technical notes, into structured documentation, diagrams, registers and client-ready handover material.
I use AI and automation where they make sense to reduce repetitive documentation work, organise information and accelerate first drafts. The important part remains human: understanding the environment, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, reviewing the information, applying documentation standards and making sure the finished result is usable.
